We make and sell locally, handcrafted goat milk products.

 

The Mediterranean style yoghurt is processed, with a variety of flavours to choose from. This thick creamy yoghurt is made plain, or mixed with organic fieldberry/strawberry compote. It is available in 500g containers.

 

One of the most popular products is the goat chevre. This cream cheese style product provides great flavour by itself, on a cracker, or mixed into a variety of recipes. From savoury to sweet flavours, this product tends to be very versatile. The most popular is the plain chevre, enjoyed by many chefs at a variety of restaurants. 

 

The feta comes cubed and ready to be enjoyed in salads or pastas. This salty cheese makes for a great addition to sweet watermelon, or greek style dishes.

 

And lastly the goat queso is a unique product on the table. This softer cheese is able to be grilled, used in recipes, or enjoyed all on its own.
